come close. It would have been unthinkable when I first began teaching in 1987 that you could instantly print out a document created by someone on the far side of the world. When I reported to duty that fall, the faculty workroom was still equipped with typewriters.
Almost as remarkable has been the effect of computerization on my own documents. I’ve been able to revise various activities and exercises constantly over the course of many years in response to feedback from my students.
All of which brings us to the downloadable documents available on this website. Now you can instantly print, even on the other side of the world, resources I developed over several decades of teaching. In other words, you get a twofer: an instant resource, but one refined through continuous use in the classroom.
