If you buy through this website, there are no shipping fees!

The designs are my own, but the products are printed and shipped by Printify, a print-on-demand company.  Each item is printed only after it has been ordered and paid for by the customer. Printify, therefore, does not accept items returned because they are the wrong size, wrong color, or for similar reasons.

They will accept returns if the product is damaged or if there is a manufacturing error. In those cases, contact Printify within 30 days of delivery. Use Printify’s Submit Issue Form and provide them with a photo clearly showing the problem with the product.

We will accept items for customer satisfaction reasons here at Aeterna Latina, however, if you have purchased it through this website (as opposed to through our Printify shop). Contact us here for return information.
